Pictures & Colors

Please note that visual representation of our products, especially colors, may appear a little different due to lighting in the photographic process.

Shopper's computer screens may also affect appearance and colors.

Because of that, we can gladly send you pictures of the items you are buying, so you are sure about it.

If a product is received that appears different from the item ordered, please contact us by Etsy conversation/email with attached digital images of the item/s in question, to help us best respond to your inquiry.

By checking the box on the checkout page you are agreeing that you have read the terms and conditions and that there will be no returns due to color variances.

Returns & Exchanges

Damage that occurs during shipping will not be reimbursed. We make an effort to wrap our products in protective layers or boxes to make sure they get to you in perfect shape.

For returned orders a RESTOCKING FEE of 25% will be applied. Refunds will be given once returned product has arrived and is in perfect conditions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Information

To ensure that your package gets to you without delay, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date.
All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout, my shop is not liable for incorrect addresses, even if you communicated or email after checkout - we do not always receive the message.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class (no insurance) and Priority mail.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is no longer in our control. Please inquire about insurance if you are worried about this.

If an item is undeliverable, lost, stalled or as delivered but item is not at location, please call the US Post Office direct for more information.

Care instructions

For silver and gold plated items, refrain from showering, swimming or using hairspray or perfume on the item as it can cause discoloration and tarnish. To clean, simply use a soft polishing cloth.

Crystals are very delicate so please be sure to treat with care.

Wood Product Disclaimer

Wood products are especially prone to color variances and we cannot be responsible for dye lot variations. If you are choosing a natural wood product, you must accept that no two wood pieces are alike and they will vary. Since our wood bowls are made from real wood their color and pattern can vary a great deal from the actual listing picture that you order. The color can vary from a mild reddish orange to a more natural brown color. The listing picture should be used to only get an idea of the shape and a general feel for the products pattern.
